FICCI is organising the India Dredging Conclave 2025: Strengthening India’s Maritime Infrastructure and Resilience, on 16th May 2025 at Federation House, New Delhi.
As India strengthens its maritime infrastructure, dredging plays a pivotal role in deepening harbours, improving navigability, and enabling larger vessels to dock, ultimately enhancing port capacity and competitiveness. The India Dredging Conclave 2025 will explore the key trends and technologies, challenges, and opportunities in India’s dredging sector, focusing on sustainability, advancements, policy, and financing. It aims to focus on port modernisation, increasing dredging efficiency through AI and automation, implementing future fuels in dredging vessels, and enhancing India’s dredging capabilities through building, construction, and repair of indigenous dredgers and TSHDs.
