Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is organizing the 2nd Edition of the Interactive Session with Foreign Defence Attaches in India (at FICCI Federation House, New Delhi) & Indian Defence Attachés Abroad (via VC), in association with key stakeholders from the Indian Defence and Aerospace industry.
The Interactive Session on "Catalysing Bharat’s Prowess in Defence Manufacturing & Exports – Make in India and Make for the World" will be organised at FICCI, Federation House, New Delhi on Thursday, 21 August 2025 from 1430 – 1900 Hrs (IST) followed by Cocktail Reception.
This closed-door session will offer a high-impact platform to facilitate strategic engagement between Indian Defence manufacturers and Defence Attachés of friendly foreign countries posted in India. For the first time, we are also inviting Indian Defence Attaches posted in missions abroad to participate virtually, enabling them to gain firsthand insight into India’s growing defence manufacturing capabilities and export potential.
The event will include:
• Presentations by leading Indian Defence & Aerospace companies (only for sponsoring companies)
• Interaction with Defence & Military Attaches, MoD representatives, HQ IDS, and senior officials from Indian DPSUs and private industry
• Networking cocktails to encourage further one-on-one B2B interactions
