Google India has partnered with FICCI for the launch of Business Acceleration Programme with a focus on Indian Start-ups and Innovation community. In its constant endeavour of empowering businesses, Google is taking a step towards educating Indian start-ups on exploring the power of Internet ranging from website to digital marketing to search engine optimization and beyond. With its commitment to building businesses online, Google plans to bring its Digital Unlocked Programme to India that will provide digital skills training, both in online and classroom type formats, for the purpose of business acceleration. FICCI has been selected by Google as the Implementation Partner of the programme in India.
The important components of the program are as under:
- Educating the Startups/Innovators on the use of internet technologies, tools and techniques
- Creating a trainer’s base – Train the Trainers model
- Empowering the Startups/Innovators with necessary skills for managing the online presence
- Certifying Personnel from Startups/Innovators on Digital Marketing
- Sharing best practices for an effective use of online campaigning and generating significant business value
- Creating and engaging with the Startups/Innovators communities through a variety of channels for promoting the use of Internet Technology
