Telangana became the 29th state of India on 2nd June 2014. The State is richly endowed with natural and human resources with competitive socio-economic advantages. It's geographical spread of 1, 14,840 Sq Km makes it the 12th largest State in the country.
Investment Summit and Promotional Activities:
• Conducting investment summits & promotional activities at both national and international levels to attract businesses and investments.
• Conducting promotional road shows to showcase investment opportunities and economic potential in Telangana to a broader audience.
Stakeholder Consultation:
• Facilitating consultations with industry stakeholders to gather feedback on policies, schemes, and reforms.
• Acting as a bridge between the government and industry to ensure a collaborative approach for further growth.
Sector-Specific Projects:
• Collaborating with the State Government on specific projects related to sectors like MSMEs, skills development, etc.
• Implementing initiatives that contribute to the growth of targeted sectors.
B2B/B2G Meetings:
• Organizing focused B2B / B2G meetings to connect businesses with potential clients or government partners.
Inbound and Outbound Delegations, Seminars, and Conferences:
• Organizing and facilitating delegations, seminars, and conferences that involve both inbound visits to Telangana and outbound visits to other regions, fostering bilateral engagements.
Platform for Interaction:
• Creating opportunities for members, institutions, and businesses to interact with each other.
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders, state and central governments, and global business and political leaders.
Research Studies and Surveys:
• Conducting research studies and surveys to gather data and insights on economic trends, industry needs, and investment opportunities.
• Using research findings to inform policy recommendations and strategic initiatives.
FICCI Telangana State Council, through these collaborations and initiatives, helps in creating a conducive environment for business growth, investment promotion, and knowledge exchange between the public and private sectors in Telangana. These activities contribute to the overall economic development and global positioning of the state.
