FICCI M P State Council has been working actively with the State Govt. especially on Tourism, Skill Development, MSME etc. The State Council past organised events pertaining to Solar Energy, Smuggling & Counterfeit Goods, Workshops on topics pertaining to Finance, HR etc., Interactions with bureaucrats from Central & State Govt. M P State Council in FY 19-20 will be addressing MSMEs problem areas through policy level interventions as well as will be organising MICE activities for the benefit of Industry, Academia and Govt.
FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) has played a crucial role in Madhya Pradesh's economic development. With a dedicated State Council, FICCI collaborates closely with the state government on policy advocacy, capacity building, networking, and investment promotion. FICCI has been instrumental in organizing events such as the MP Startup Conclave 2022, empowering rural entrepreneurs through the "Gramoday" initiative, and raising awareness of ethical business practices to combat counterfeiting and smuggling. The organization actively bridges the policy-industry gap, champions women entrepreneurs through the "Women for the Front" initiative, and facilitates the state government's participation in various international and domestic events.
FICCI's efforts extend to connecting with industries seeking investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh. Through its international, national, and state offices, FICCI shares lead with respective state offices, fostering investor connections and facilitating industrial investments beyond the Global Investors Summit (GIS). Notable events, including World Expo 2022 Dubai, Wings India 2022 Hyderabad, Helicopter Summit 2023 Khajuraho, World Food India 2023 Delhi, Vibrant Gujarat 2024 Ahmedabad, and Wings India 2024 Hyderabad, showcase FICCI's commitment to promoting brand MP, attracting investments, and facilitating constructive dialogues between the government and industry leaders.
